I use this product daily in the shower on my face and back when I really start to break out. I notice I break out around my period. Now with this product, I do recommend discontinue if you have sensitive skin. It does have Tea Tree essential oil in it. Tea Tree oil can sometimes dry out your skin. I suggest extra moisturize. I do love the smell of this bottle, has oranges in it as well.
